Book Review of Shelia Walsh’s book Beautiful Things Happened When a Woman Trusts God
Trust does not often come easily, especially in following where God leads. Shelia shares her lifelong battle with trusting where God has been leading her. Woven with her struggles, Shelia introduces us to ten individuals in the Bible who teach us about trust. Not all the individuals are women, so while the book is written for women, men can also gain much from reading it.
This is not a book to be read at one sitting. There are nuggets to be gleamed from almost every page, wisdom shared on learning to trust. Shelia offers a study in the back to use with a group or as an individual study. This is a great way to dig deeper and I recommend it.
